“I was in the area on a staycation. I have been looking for hair products from Aveda. I noticed on Yelp Waters + Co Salon carried Aveda. My hair does not like protein, silicone, silica, and no bht or butylene glycol. After researching I thought I would try Aveda. It has been 20 years. I called ahead and Trisha answered and was very enthusiastic. I decided to come right in. I waited a few while she was coloring some brows for a customer. It gave me a chance to read the ingredients of what they had and narrow down options. Our tired girls from our busy vacay were not having it, but they were troopers and employees and understanding. I picked out a couple bottles and was encouraged to give feedback so they could pass it along to the rep. If I lived in the area I would feel very comfortable coming in for services. Edward was working on a client and her hair came out lovely. Trisha really went above and beyond to help me, but still attended to her client. Great experience and so far so good with the products.”
