We are a locally owned and operated neighborhood salon. Our casual boutique-style atmosphere offers guests a relaxed experience and we strive to make everyone feel at home in our shop.
As part of the Aveda family of salons, we offer the full hair care and color line, and our stylists are dedicated to continuing education, wellness, and environmental consciousness. We deliver the latest techniques as well as classic styles to help create your unique look. We are a Pure Privilege partner with Aveda and love rewarding our guests.

Meet the Stylists
Alicia
Our fearless leader! Alicia and her husband Ryan purchased and renamed Waters + Co Salon in 2018. Shortly after, they welcomed their daughter, Vale, giving them two babies to care for! She began her career in the salon industry in 1998. Alicia brings so much to the table as an owner. She has managed salons across the valley for many years after training at the Carsten Institute.
Over the years, she has witnessed the good, the bad, and the ugly side of the beauty business, taking care to learn from each experience. With that, she has worked to create a comfortable and relaxing environment for clients, but a wonderful environment for her stylists as well. Happy stylists mean happy clients!
William
With over 9 years in the industry, William brings a fresh perspective to his clients. Color is his passion and creating beautiful looks through highlights is his favorite service. He loves to work with clients to understand the look they want and delivers through varying forms of highlighting techniques.
Trisha
Another veteran of the industry, Trisha has been behind the chair for over 18 years! As a former instructor at the Carsten Institute, she is an expert at precision cutting, creating unique and beautiful cuts for her client’s individual tastes and hair types.
Taylor
Closing in on 4 years in the industry, Taylor is the color queen! Balayage services are her specialty, creating multi-dimensional looks for her clients using a variety of color brands to achieve one-of-a-kind color. Thinking about some pink or purple tones?
